Young people

Every year during the holiday season students are employed at Evonik. Children of employees get higher priority for jobs they have studied for.

The SIRA project gives the opportunity to young people to retrain themselves in the chemical industry. Every year, Evonik is committed to support and guide SIRA students.

We want to let trainees know how Evonik works. The cooperation with a number of schools ensures that a large number of students find their way to Evonik.
